This policy covers digitoolkit.app and how Digitoolkit Ltd handles personal data as a company. Each app in the bit. suite also has its own policy describing what that specific app does, because the answer differs from app to app:

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, embeds no social media widgets, and loads no third-party fonts or resources; everything you see is served from our own domain. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not combine them with any other data. Logs are retained for a short period by the provider and then deleted.
We hold your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include for as long as needed to answer you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, normally no more than 24 months. We do not use support enquiries for marketing and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has contacted us.
As a rule, our apps store their data on your device and we do not receive it. We operate no user accounts and no backend servers. Where an app is free and supported by advertising, an advertising SDK inside the app processes limited technical data; that is set out in full in the app's own policy, linked above.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Exercise any of these by emailing privacy@digitoolkit.app. We respond within one month and will not charge you for a reasonable request.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Previous versions are not archived publicly; if you need to know what the policy said on a given date, ask us.
