Reporting a bug
We can almost always fix a problem faster if the first email includes:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, from iOS Settings → General → About.
- The app version, shown under SETTINGS → ABOUT in the app.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.
Please do not send anything sensitive; we only need the above.
Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Apple, not by us, so we cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase you have paid for is not unlocking in the app, email us; that part we can fix.
Accessibility
We are not where we want to be here yet. bit.timer 1.0 labels its time pickers for VoiceOver, but full Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support across the app is still being worked on, and we would rather say so than let you find out the hard way. If accessibility is stopping you using an app, email us: we treat that as a bug rather than a feature request, and it goes to the front of the queue.
